After many consultations, questions and reflections I go to the conclusion that in order to understand life and health it’s necessary for you to understand a few terms: energy, vibration, harmony, balance, vitality, health. In order to understand the alternative methods that lead to a better health, harmonious relationships and wellbeing, let’s explain what energy means.
Energy as an essential element of the oriental philosophies
Oriental philosophies admit that there is a vital force that circulates in every person, on certain roads which are spread in the entire body. Many cultures admit that this force exists. Most of people consider it is normal for us to have energy. We work and relax considering some limits we accept as being normal.
Along the live you’ve seen that the energetic level is not the same every day. Sometimes we can make things done, other times we cannot. Some mornings we wake up being tired, depressed, down in the mood and sometimes it even rains. In the morning, at work we make huge efforts in order to start working and we look at everything around us with indifference. Other mornings we wake up as if we’d like to move mountains and with so many ideas. We’re wellbeing, full of energy and willing to start working. Why is that we talk about this difference between mornings?
The energy and the role of complementary therapies
Energy is used for hundreds of year in the oriental cultures for treating diseases: from cold until cancer. Energy is the base for many arts, sciences and therapies – The Technique of Universal Energy, Feng Shui, Raditant Technique (Reiki), Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Yoga – used by people in order to maintain and improve health. Besides classical medicine, complementary techniques for healing are used.
The role of these therapies is to harmonize and balance the universal energy that leaks through our bodies. For example, the Feng Shui ambient therapy harmonizes and balances the universal energy from certain spaces, such as home, office, school in the benefit of health, welfare and relationships between people.
